pardon Ronald Lee Foster, convicted in 1963 for "mutilation of coins"

pardon Ronald Lee Foster, convicted in 1963 for "mutilation of coins". We read that the president was moved by the strength of applicants’ post-conviction efforts and apparently Ronald Lee Foster paid a $20 fine; It does not say if he paid with mutilated coins.

(*) maybe this is a signal to Ben B. to go ahead with QE3? I am curious what we may learn about the diplomatic back and forth around this decision from wiki leaks in the future.

I am not surprised and the White House confirmed that Hillary Clinton will not resign after the wiki leaks. We already know that the Clintons have no shame and cannot be embarrassed and so she will continue to meet, talk and negotiate with people she and her colleagues were spying on. If this is awkward then not for her.

I am not surprised that the wiki leaks reveal that Arab leaders want Iran attacked sooner rather than later. After all this would be yet another opportunity to condemn Israel and raise the price of oil.
And, of course, I am not surprised what we learned about politicians in Europe and elsewhere
