NEW YORK (Reuters) - December started on a high note for U.S. stock index futures on Wednesday as upbeat Chinese factory data lifted investor confidence about a global economic recovery, and the euro bounced back from 10-week lows.

MADRID/ROME (Reuters) - Global concern about the debt crisis rocking the euro zone mounted on Wednesday, with Washington sending a top U.S. Treasury envoy to Europe and G20 officials discussing the turmoil in a conference call.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve on Wednesday will have to disclose details about emergency loans made during the 2007-2009 financial meltdown, including who borrowed how much and what collateral was offered in return.

LONDON/BEIJING (Reuters) - Manufacturers in China and India cranked up the pace of production last month and Germany and France led the way in Europe, offering a boost to the global economy in spite of a spreading euro zone debt crisis.
