French oil prices

Lyon, France - the official data released Wednesday showed that French consumer price index in October (CPI) rose slightly, mainly due to oil prices.

French National Bureau of Statistics, said Insee, the French chain CPI in October rose by 0.1%, up 1.6%.

France October CPI data are consistent with Dow Jones Newswires (Dow Jones Newswires) surveyed economists expected.

September CPI, decreased by 0.1%.

Central energy prices in October rose 0.9% year on year increase of 11.1%.
