Frank Drebin takes a dive

If you are a fan of the Boise State Broncos then you have just had a shitty couple days. Your hopes and dreams were just shattered by some guy who couldn’t hit a chip shot, twice. Your chances of the National Title game or even a BCS game gone, millions of dollars gone, your pride and winning streak gone. I know it’s tough to swallow right now and that most of you have probably been on suicide watch (especially this guy), that’s why it really pains me to bring up this bit of news.

I’m sure by now everyone has heard that TCU is going to the Big East for the 2012 season. And if people remember Utah is going to go to the PAC-10 and BYU is going independent. Now Boise State fans, what conference were the Broncos going to enter to try and get way from playing shitty teams? That’s right it was the Mountain West.

I’m not going to lie, the Mountain West was going to look like a fun conference to watch. Shit it would have been a better conference then the Big East and ACC.

Now Boise fan take out Utah, BYU and TCU from the conference and what do you get. That’s right pretty much the WAC all over again. A bunch of mediocre schools where maybe one of them will have a decent season to validate you guys a little bit.

This really has to be Boise’s worst nightmare coming true. While they are stuck behind playing in this garbage conference, TCU moved into a terrible AQ conference where I have no doubt they will be getting the automatic bid the first season they play, BYU has gone the Notre Dame route where wining 9 games gives you chance for a BCS game, and Utah has joined the best conference in the Pac-10.

So everyone in America please keep an eye out on the people of Boise City, take away their belts and shoelaces and please hide all prescribed medicine. Don’t worry Boise State it will all get better soon.
