NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks index futures fell on Friday on expectations China would raise interest rates, hitting commodity prices and sending the local stock market into a tailspin.

SEOUL (Reuters) - G20 leaders closed ranks on Friday and agreed to a watered-down commitment to watch out for dangerous imbalances, yet offered investors little proof that the world was any safer from economic catastrophe.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - D.R. Horton Inc , the biggest U.S. homebuilder, reported on Friday a narrower quarterly loss, citing soft demand after the expiration of the federal government's homebuyer tax credit.

Pressure on Ireland eases after EU statement

DUBLIN/SEOUL (Reuters) - EU leaders reassured investors on Friday they would not be forced to writedown the value of their bond holdings in the event of a new euro zone bailout, easing pressure on Irish debt that has sparked fresh fears of contagion.
